Use one sachet the night before an endurance activity or race. Mix with 250ml of water and drink before bed.
FOR REGULAR USE
Drink one sachet with 250ml of water before an endurance activity or race and pre-mix one sachet in a water bottle (300ml-500ml) for use. Use one sachet for every 45-60 minutes of endurance activity.
FOR POST HYDRATION USE
Drink one sachet mixed with 250ml of water immediately after an activity to replenish loss electrolytes and to improve recovery.
