General Use
Take 1 serving whenever you need to increase your protein intake in your diet. Ideal times to consume protein would be in the morning prior to breakfast, anytime throughout the day as a healthy nutrition shake, and before bed.

Note: Soy protein is naturally viscous, you may mix 300ml of water for every scoop or adjust water according to preference. Drink immediately after mixing.

Fitness Use
