Directions FOR NEW USERS
On training days: Take 1 scoop (5g) twice daily - one serving upon awakening and one serving immediately after your workout with your protein shake or fruit juice.

On non-training days: Take 1 scoop (5g) twice daily - one serving upon awakening and one serving in between meals during the day with your protein shake or fruit juice.
Directions FOR CREATINE LOADING
As an option for the first 5-7 days only, you could do a Loading Phase, taking 15-20g of creatine monohydrate per day (maximum 5g per serve).

On training and non-training days: Take an additional 1-2 scoops on separate occasions on top of the twice daily dose. One serving should be taken preferably before your workout.
